Simply Celia’s located at 142 S. Main in downtown Wayland. Formally known as Vibrant Grains, owner Celia Gleason took a bit of time off to refocus her business and prepare for the opening of Simply Celia’s. The focus of Simply Celia’s is breakfast during all of their open hours. In addition to typical breakfast items, Simply Celia’s offers more unique items including breakfast pasties, breakfast frittatas, quiche and baked oatmeal. In addition to breakfast items, soups, lunch pasties, and flatbread sandwiches are on the menu. Gleason, well known for her personal touch and making everything from scratch, thrilled many residents in Wayland when she opened Simply Celia’s.
