Friday, August 7, 2026 - Orchard Hills Golf Course, Shelbyville, MI

Prizes, games, door prizes, continental breakfast, Bloody Mary & Shrimp Cocktail Bar, lunch & a steak dinner is all included! Public invited!

Registration begins at 8:00am with a 9:00am shotgun start. Based on past years, the event will conclude approximately 3:30.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITES

Eagle Team & Sponsorship Price: $1500
Benefits: Printed acknowledgement with business name/logo on golf outing registration and information sheet passed out to all golfers, banner ad on the chamber website on the golf outing page, verbal recognition, two hole-sponsor signs, registration and dinner for 4 golfers (if you are not a golfer, we can donate your 4 player spots to the local Veterans, law enforcement, schools, or local government).

Birdie Sponsorship Price $800
Benefits: Printed acknowledgement with business name on information sheet passed out to all golfers, verbal recognition, registration and dinner for 4 golfers, one hole-sponsor sign (if you are not a golfer, we can donate your spots to the local Veterans, law enforcement, schools, or local government).

Logo Golf Ball Sponsor Price: $1000
Each golfer will receive a customized golf ball with YOUR business logo on it! Logo will be needed by July 1. This sponsor will also be recognized on our website and social media, thanked during morning announcements, recognized on the golfers welcome sheet and a logo’d recognition sign on the course.

Dessert Sponsor Price: $1,000
Once the donut truck leaves in the morning, the Ice Cream Cart comes out for the afternoon! Golfers will enjoy a variety of dessert options to cool off on a hot day of golf. The Dessert Sponsor will be recognized on our website and social media, thanked during morning announcements, recognized on each golfer’s welcome sheet, will have signage with their business logo at the Ice Cream Cart and a logo’d recognition sign on the course.

Grillmaster Sponsor Price: $800
At the conclusion of the golf outing, golfers enjoy a delicious steak dinner while networking with other golfers. The Grillmaster Sponsor will be recognized on our website and social media, thanked during morning announcements, recognized on each golfer’s welcome sheet, will have signage with their business logo at the buffet area and a logo’d recognition sign on the course.

Donut Food Truck Sponsor Price: $600 - SOLD 
During registration, golfers can enjoy unlimited mini fresh baked warm donuts while networking with other golfers. This sponsor will be recognized on our website and social media, thanked during morning announcements, recognized on each golfer’s welcome sheet and will have signage with their business logo at the food truck.

Shrimp Cocktail & Bloody Mary Bar Sponsor Price: $500
During registration, golfers can enjoy beverages & shrimp cocktails while networking with other golfers. This sponsor will be thanked during morning announcements, recognized on the welcome sheet and on social media and will be listed on the chamber’s website as a sponsor. This event has been one of the premiere chamber events that include not only members of the chamber, but also government officials and business men/women from all surrounding communities.

Jello Shots for Charity Sponsor Price: $500 - SOLD
During the event, all golfers will receive a picnic lunch which consists of grilled all beef hot dogs, chips and a beverage. This Investor will be recognized on our website and social media, thanked during morning announcements, recognized on each golfer’s welcome sheet and will have signage with their business logo.

Golfers Luncheon Sponsor Price: $500
During the event, all golfers will receive a picnic lunch which consists of grilled all beef hot dogs, chips and a beverage. Morning Wake-Up Sponsor Price: $400 - SOLD
During registration, golfers can enjoy a unlimited coffee and juice while networking with other golfers. This sponsor will be recognized on our website and social media, thanked during morning announcements, recognized on each golfer’s welcome sheet.

Golfers Hole Host Price: $350
You or your host squad are assigned a designated golf hole for a one on one with golfers as they pass through. This is a HUGE HIT with our golfers which they look forward to this each year! Benefits: Opportunity to create interactive and fun marketing at the tee box of the designated hole. The host may distribute promotional items, non-alcoholic beverages, snacks of your choosing. The host may offer an interactive contest or game (approved by the golf committee). This investor will be thanked during morning announcements, recognized on the welcome sheet and on social media and will be listed on the chamber’s website as an Investor. This Investment includes lunch/steak dinner (for up to 4 people).

Golfers Door Prize Sponsor Price: $300
During the events, golfers have an opportunity to WIN door prizes.
